CoreWeave is looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. At CoreWeave we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. Your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on outbound lead generation campaigns, specifically in the Machine Learning and AI sector. This position requires outbound messaging, qualification, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with the Account Executives to generate new opportunities. This is not a silo position. This position is ideal for a collaborative and energetic individual looking for an environment that fosters career growth and upward mobility in their career that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting into high-target accounts and following up with marketing generated leads
  • Interact with prospects via email/LinkedIn/Phone calls with a high attention to customization and detail
  • Consistently achieve qualified meeting quota to help meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
  • Quickly learn the CoreWeave product(s), effectively communicate our value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
  • Research accounts, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, and stay up to date on industry news

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast paced and flexible environment
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

 Preferred

  • Thrives in a competitive environment
  • Tech startup experience
  • Salesloft / Outreach experience
  • Experience in business development and/or sales roles
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM

The base pay for this position is $60,000 per year with an additional $20,000 bonus; paid quarterly.
