Third-Party Distribution and New Markets was created to focus on deepening and expanding our distribution channels and to consider areas of market innovation to reach more people. It is comprised of several businesses including MassMutual Strategic Distributors (MMSD), MassMutual Ascend, Worksite, Blueprint Income and our mass market team. These organizations are focused on distributing various products including life, disability income, annuity, and hybrid insurance products through a network of strategic distribution partners as well as voluntary benefits such as group whole life and supplemental health products such as critical illness and accident. The Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of 2028, 2029 or 2030.
