Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Room Service Order Taker / Cashier, you’re not just processing in-room dining orders – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Answer calls promptly: Respond to Room Service telephones and guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Take orders with care: Capture food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system without errors – attention to detail is key!
• Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
• Upsell Offerings: Suggest and promote food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, drinks, and special promotions
• Process payments with accuracy: Reconcile checks, including verifying check totals and gratuity disbursement, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines
