Tutor Intelligence, an MIT robotics startup, has developed a novel no-code interface to instruct robots on new tasks. We are deploying this technology to factories and warehouses across America, and are growing our team to support 24-7 operations.
This is an operational role - perfect for someone who is looking to get involved with technology and join a fast-moving startup. In this role, you will work to keep the robots in the field happy and healthy. You responsibilities include:
* Instructing robots via a web-based portal
* Responding to customer support calls and resolving technical issues
* Learning protocols for diagnosing and solving robot issues
* Tracking robot performance and providing feedback to engineering
* Reporting bugs and testing new features
This role is split up over 3 shifts, plus some weekends. The opportunities are:
Shift 1: 6am - 3pm
Shift 2: 3pm - 11pm
Shift 3: 11pm - 7am (Overnight)
We also have weekend operations, which mean that working days might be Tues-Sat or Sun - Thurs, or similar. The primary decision is what shift/s (1, 2, or 3) you are available for, and we will work with you if you have specific conflicts with specific days.
This opportunity comes with benefits, including health insurance. We are fully in-person in Watertown MA, with parking onsite.
We are a startup looking for people who are eager and excited to do what they can, to ensure the team is making progress and our mission is successful. If this sounds like you (and you don’t mind hanging with a bunch of robot nerds :), then we look forward to your application!
