Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.
It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.
Why this role?As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Snyk’s hyper-growth engine. You won’t just be managing requirements; you’ll be the architect of scalability for our global RevOps ecosystem.
You’ll join a forward-thinking Corporate Information Systems team dedicated to automating the complex and empowering our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will own the translation of high-level business vision into technical reality, ensuring our internal systems are as innovative and secure as the AI-native security tools we provide to our customers.
What You’ll Do:Lead the GTM application roadmap from prioritization to execution, ensuring our tech stack evolves ahead of the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership to solve complex bottlenecks and automate core business processes.
Design and document scalable system architectures and functional requirements within Salesforce and our broader GTM tooling.
Drive high-impact strategic initiatives by translating pain points into elegant, automated technological solutions.
Own the quality lifecycle by facilitating complex system testing and ensuring flawless, "zero-defect" technology releases.
Influence long-term scalability by partnering with Product Owners to optimize our Salesforce instance for a global, remote-first workforce.
Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and a thorough understanding of RevOps best practices.
Strong technical analytical skills, with a proven track record of documenting complex business process flows and functional designs.
A "Bias for Action" mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer iterative progress over stagnant perfection.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and business stakeholders.
Curiosity and problem-solving grit, especially when navigating the challenges of a geographically distributed, global organization.
Have previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Are "ridiculously easy to work with"—you build bridges across diverse teams and make complex projects feel like a breeze.
Have experience with a wide variety of GTM integrated systems (Marketo, Gainsight, etc.).
Can turn a messy whiteboard session into a crystal-clear process map that keeps the whole room aligned and inspired.
