Why this role?
The mission of the AI Security Strategy & Operations Program Manager role is to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across Emerging Technologies & Solutions Office (ETSO). You will achieve this by owning the company's critical operating rhythm, managing key stakeholder communications, and ensuring robust goal-tracking processes are in place and executed flawlessly. This role is the organizational glue that keeps ETSO focused, informed, and on track.
What You’ll Do:
Own and drive the company-wide OKR process for ETSO. This includes managing the entire lifecycle: initial setting, communication, ongoing tracking, and quarterly review/retrospective processes.
Ensure all departmental goals are aligned with the overarching strategic priorities of ETSO and Snyk.
Prepare, coordinate, and polish materials and presentations for ETSO executive and board-level meetings, ensuring all information (data, narratives, and financials) is accurate, insightful, and delivered in a timely, professional manner.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to synthesize complex operational information into clear, compelling executive summaries.
Organize, run, and provide project management for key company-wide meetings, including the ETSO All-Hands, leadership offsites, and specialized forums like Metric Reviews.
Develop compelling content and manage logistics for these forums to foster transparency, celebrate team progress, and reinforce company culture.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in a high-paced environment, preferably in Business Operations, Strategic Program Management, or a similar role within a fast-growing tech company.
Proven ability to manage complex, cyclical processes (like annual planning or budget cycles).
High level of proficiency in developing engaging and insightful presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain rigorous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences (from engineers to executives).
A proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and a drive to own and improve critical business processes.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have experience within the AI Security Industry.
