About Dune

Dune is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We’re a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform used by thousands of developers, analysts, & investors to understand the on-chain world and the frontiers of finance. We’re a team of ~60 employees,  working together across Europe and eastern US timezones 🌍️. We believe in our mission, and in building a powerful, open product that allows individuals and communities to do deep research into important ecosystems like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and many more.

We’re backed by some of the world's best investors. In February 2022, we announced our Series B funding round led by Coatue and Union Square Ventures, an important milestone that allowed us to double down on our mission. Values and working at Dune

About the role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to act as a strategic operator and force multiplier across Dune’s GTM organization.

This is not a pure tooling or reporting role. You’ll operate as a cross functional expert to the GTM team, partnering closely with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing and Leadership to shape how Dune plans, executes, measures, and scales revenue.

Your mandate is to bring clarity to complexity—understanding the current state (“as-is”), defining the future state (“to-be”), and building the processes, systems, and operating rhythms that get us there. You’ll spend significant time in the data, but your output is better decisions, better execution, and better performance, not dashboards for their own sake.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership on planning, forecasting, and execution.

  • Own end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, SDR, Marketing and Customer Success.

  • Diagnose the current GTM operating model (“as-is”) and design scalable future-state processes.

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data gaps across the funnel and drive solutions.

  • Define what “good performance” looks like at each stage of the funnel (e.g. SDR, AE, CSM).

  • Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline coverage targets, and capacity plans.

  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting that enable accountability and decision-making.

  • Reverse-engineer revenue targets into activity, pipeline, and capacity requirements.

  • Own and evolve Dune’s GTM tech stack (HubSpot and related tooling), leveraging heavily AI.

  • Partner with Enablement and Leadership on coaching, learning, and performance improvement.

  • Embrace automation, AI, and modern tooling to improve efficiency and signal quality.

  • Ensure data integrity, process adherence, and operational excellence across teams.

Immediate priorities in the first 90 days:

  • Deeply understand Dune’s existing GTM motion, data sources, and reporting gaps.

  • Get into the data “weeds” to uncover where we are information-poor despite tooling.

  • Identify the most critical blockers to forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.

  • Clarify definitions, stages, and KPIs across the revenue funnel.

  • Deliver early wins in reporting clarity, forecasting confidence, and process alignment.

You might be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations (SalesOps), or GTM Operations.

  • Come from a SaaS background with exposure to scaling GTM teams.

  • Have owned or significantly contributed to forecasting, planning, and compensation models.

  • Are highly data-driven but equally strong in judgment, communication, and influence.

  • Have deep experience with HubSpot and modern RevOps tooling (CRM, attribution, data enrichment).

  • Can design systems and processes, not just maintain them.

  • Have a strong problem-solving mindset and enjoy ambiguous, high-impact challenges.

  • Are comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Are excited to leverage AI and automation to improve how teams work.

Noteworthy

  • This role is strategic and operational, not a reporting-only position.

  • High EQ and stakeholder management skills are critical.

  • You will be expected to challenge assumptions and improve how decisions are made.

  • Crypto experience is not required; strong GTM experience is essential.

Perks & Benefits
  • A competitive salary and equity package 🚀. Both salary and equity is top 25% of companies in the space

  • Our employee equity scheme has world-class employee-friendly terms with a heavily discounted strike price (~90%) and a 10-year exercise window

  • 5 weeks PTO + local public holidays (that can be swapped to suit you) 🏖

  • A fully remote-first approach 🧑‍💻 within a distributed team with flexible working hours; you structure your own day

  • Say goodbye to meeting overload! We believe in a healthy mix of async and sync work, so you can focus on what truly matters—no more wasted time on endless meetings!

  • Good health is important, so we offer private medical insurance, dental & vision as standard 🩺

  • We believe in paid parental leave 👶 to help you celebrate this important milestone, transition to your new life, and bond with your new baby. We offer 16 weeks to primary and 6 weeks to secondary caregivers, fully paid. Plus a 2-week part-time phased return at full pay to help you get used to your new (and slightly more complex!) schedule

  • Quarterly offsites in various exciting locations as a company or team to connect, work together and have fun (so far in Tuscany 🇮🇹 Berlin 🇩🇪 Austria 🇦🇹 and Athens 🇬🇷).

  • On top of this 👆each person gets a yearly travel allowance to connect and co-work with someone or a team of people for a few days.

  • An allowance for your at-home setup, to ensure you are happy, comfortable and productive. If you prefer a local co-working space, we’ll pay for your desk.

  • Work with some of the best people you’ll ever get to meet!

  • And of course, you get some awesome Dune swag! ✌️😎

You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
