Our world is transforming, and PTC is leading the way. Our software brings the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people in all aspects of their business.

Our people make all the difference in our success. Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

About the role

Onshape and Arena are growing fast, and the sellers and BDRs who represent them need to ramp quickly and stay sharp. The Revenue Enablement Specialist owns several high-value programs in addition to playing an integral part in supporting strategic enablement initiatives related to product releases, cross-sell programs, value selling principles, and up-market growth.

This is a hands-on, builder role. You will design curriculum, host live sessions, coordinate speakers and subject-matter experts, and measure how what you deliver improves how people sell.

What you'll do

Own Onshape and Arena Onboarding

  • Run the end-to-end onboarding program for new BDRs, Account Executives, and other revenue roles across Onshape and Arena.
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding curriculum covering product knowledge, personas, discovery, competitive positioning, and sales process.
  • Partner with sales leaders, product marketing, and solutions engineering to keep content accurate and aligned to current messaging.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to track ramp metrics (time to first meeting, time to first deal, certification pass rates) and report progress to sales leadership.
  • Deliver live and virtual sessions, and coach new hires through role plays and pitch certifications.

Host and organize Onshape and Arena Power Hours

  • Own the Power Hour calendar: set the cadence, build the agenda, recruit internal and external speakers, and promote attendance.
  • Host sessions live, keeping them practical, interactive, and relevant to what reps are seeing in the field (deal reviews, objection handling, win/loss debriefs, product updates, competitive intel).
  • Produce follow-up assets: recordings, summaries, talk tracks, and quick-reference materials that extend each session's shelf life.
  • Collect feedback and attendance data; adjust topics and format based on what drives engagement and behavior change.

Broader enablement contribution

  • Act as a trusted advisor to BDR & SMB sales managers on skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of core sales methodologies Command of the Message and MEDDICC
  • Partner with Product and Marketing SMEs to develop assets that support the Onshape and Arena sales processes
  • Leverage Gong to provide feedback on sales calls and identify opportunities for continued enablement
  • Support Revenue Enablement leader in strategic enterprise initiatives

What you bring

Required

  • 1-3+ years of combined professional experience. Preferred experience in business development (BDR/SDR), quota-carrying sales, and/or sales enablement, with at least some of that time in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable hosting sessions for groups of 20 to 100+ and keeping them engaged.
  • Excellent program management: you can run a recurring calendar, coordinate many stakeholders, and hit deadlines without being chased.
  • Data orientation: you set success metrics up front and use them to iterate.
  • Clear, concise written communication.

Preferred

  • Experience enabling teams that sell technical or engineering-focused products (CAD, PLM, manufacturing, or adjacent).
  • Familiarity with Onshape, Arena, or similar product development tools.
  • Experience with sales methodologies MEDDICC & Command of the Message.
  • Prior experience building onboarding programs from the ground up.

How success is measured

  • Strategic partnership built with global sales leaders
  • New-hire ramp time and certification rates trend down and up, respectively.
  • Power Hour attendance, satisfaction scores, and content reuse.
  • Sales leaders report that reps coming out of onboarding are field-ready.
  • Enablement content is current, discoverable, and reflects live messaging.
