What you'll do:
  • Perform Deployment, Produce Run Books and Technical Implementation Plans
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time
  • Coordinate release content and effort between Product Eng teams, QA and Eng Prod and coordinate work between different teams at different locations Participate in daily
  • Release Meeting Plan and manage all agreed release activities and the release calendar including infrastructure, environments, and data center activities
  • Work with development and QA team to understand impacts deployments Participate in the co-ordination of Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment
  • Plans and checklists Maintains release repositories and manages key information such as release procedures, dependencies, feature flags and flag status; and notification lists
  • Manage production issue triage process to ensure speedy resolution of issues / bugs
  • Perform post mortem reviews to identify root causes of release issues and to continuously improve the process
What we’re looking for:
  • Solid understanding of release and project management principles
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience with bug tracking and management systems (JIRA, ClickUp, …)
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-functional work teams toward completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Experience with Microservices, Cloud and knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • Passion to learn and grow

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$130,000$172,500 USD
