US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Chisinau. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent in the Republic of Moldova market with the goal of fulfilling the company's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers in order to establish accurate hiring needs;
Prepare attractive job descriptions and recruit on various job boards;
Identify, acquire, assess, headhunt, and screen candidates' resumes;
Perform prescreening interviews to identify the best talents for the company's open vacancies;
Work closely with the marketing team to prepare hiring posters, texts, and catchy advertisements for social media;
Develop recruitment goals and objectives;
Requirements:
1 year of recruiting experience is an advantage;
Advanced spoken English is a must;
Proficient verbal and written skills;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
