We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP Marketing to build and lead REAL’s marketing function and shape the next phase of our growth. This is a high-impact role for a builder with a founder mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands B2B enterprise dynamics, and can position a differentiated AI platform in a complex, underserved market.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive features using AWS CDK, Node.js (Typescript), Python, Angular (Typescript), and Postgres
- Write clean, maintainable code: Adhere to coding best practices and actively participate in code reviews.
- Implement UI/UX designs: Transform design mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces that align with our brand and style guidelines.
- Debugging and troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs or performance issues within the application.
- Contribute to architectural and system design discussions, ensuring scalability and robustness
- 4+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong command of our tech stack. Angular and Node.js (NestJS) are a must, Python knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to design responsive layouts that function effectively across a range of devices and screen sizes
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git, and experience with collaborative workflows
- Knowledge of web performance optimization, including best practices for enhancing web applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation
