The eCOA Proposal Manager will join our Study by Study proposal team to lead the end-to-end process for our Veeva eCOA application- from initial protocol scoping through contract execution and change order management. Drawing on clinical trial expertise, this Proposal Manager will analyze protocol requirements to determine the diaries, surveys, and/or assessments, craft accurate proposals, and support our sales Account Partners to resolve any client inquiries in the process to contracting.

Utilizing clinical trial systems experience and Veeva product knowledge, the eCOA Proposal Manager will structure the right solution, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate direction, including staffing, timeframes, and associated costs.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components (diaries, surveys, clinical assessments) and define precise project scopes in proposals for customers.
- Lead the development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal details, addressing technical and operational questions to set clear expectations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks, driving efficiency and quality across the Study by Study team efforts.
- Proactively manage a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other tasks in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably within clinical trial operations or clinical systems (eCOA/ePRO experience preferred)
- Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change order management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects and works well under pressure with short or competing timelines
- Collaborative and consultative work style
Nice to Have
- Experience interpreting clinical protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a fast-paced, B2B environment
- Understanding of cloud/SaaS technology

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - 95,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
