As a member of Ninja Heated Team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing cross functional deliverables as they relate to project scope, schedule, and cost. The Project coordinator must be a self-starter, an advocate of change, a natural problem solver, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be willing to act as a liaison across all functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead all internal and external team members and deliverables to meet established schedules and budgets for Ninja Heated projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-depth project reviews, follow up on action items/meetings and workshops for projects’ execution.
• Facilitate and capture requirements, including creation of use cases and functional and non-functional requirements, meticulous planning for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project documentation in shared locations.
• Plan for meetings and workshops with agendas, take meeting minutes, track action items, risks and issues.
• Track business and technical deliverables while keeping the project plan up to date.
• Establish impact and scope criteria of expected changes to define and identify issues, risks and mitigation for projects.
• Facilitate project meetings and collaboration with Teams across the Orgs and other stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

• BS in Business, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Math or Science
• Strong Project Management skills with 1-2 years of Experience in startup/fast paced Dynamic Organizations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge and experience with new product development, sales, product marketing, digital marketing, engineering and supply chain logistics.
• Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Jira, Visio and MS Office.
