Description

 

The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand for the Customer Experience Center Platform (CECP). The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management manages program/project portfolios and roadmap. Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

 

Responsibilities

 

The Lead, Demand and Portfolio Management organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

 

               

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Cloud Technology Implementation experience
  • 3 or more years of program management experience
  • 2 or more years of Agile Project Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
  • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree
  • Previous experience in telecom, contact center or software industries
  • 8 or more years of technical experience
  • CaaS Large Project/Program Management Experience
  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
  • Possess a solid understanding of SaFe Agile processes and Agile portfolio planning
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Six Sigma certification
  • PMP certification
  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
