Position Summary

The key responsibility of the GTM Program Lead (Enablement) is to develop, own and drive training and enablement-focused projects and programs for the global Sales team at Cybereason.

Working with global teams, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the business goals, KPIs and key influences of the sales organization and then create strategic and innovative solutions to meet them. Central to this role will be working with internal and external stakeholders, so you will need to bring strong and relevant experience of developing and delivering projects and programs involving multiple inputs, and driving success for all involved parties.


About the Role

  • Work with the global sales enablement team to identify and execute on key projects and programs to support our sellers success 
  • Partner with key stakeholders and other cross functional teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps and roll out targeted programs to meet them
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry, technical and competitive landscape to ensure that we’re well positioned in what we’re offering to our Sales teams
  • Work with your stakeholders to refine and improve the Sales Onboarding program based on industry knowledge of onboarding, and to track the efficacy of the sales onboarding program by identifying gaps in knowledge and understanding 
  • Virtual and in-person facilitation of the Sales Onboarding program and other training and development initiatives
  • Perform other duties as required 


Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build productive working relationships
  • Excellent listener who is able to gather and act on feedback to constantly improve programs
  • Experienced in working across multiple geographic regions
  • Ability to understand the impact of decisions on other areas of the business
  • Strategic thinking, and the ability to turn vision into structured plans and actions
  • Previous experience of sales enablement programs and execution, including creation and delivery of sales training
  • Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions


Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of the new employee experience, as well as 
  • Partner with business teams on creating and deploying learning strategy
  • Evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver quality results within aggressive timeframes
  • High-caliber presentation skills and familiarity with producing virtual training sessions
  • Possesses a natural curiosity, initiative to learn more about the organization
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and accepted instructional theories, practice, and design methodologies preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with front line employees to senior level business leaders across the global organization
  • Understand the Sales organization, methodology, and GTM approach and use knowledge to build credibility and trust with acquisition integration stakeholders.
  • Develop the go-to-market enablement strategy for acquisitions, working cross-functionally with acquisition integration and enablement teams.
  • Manage and align stakeholders cross-functionally on acquisition priorities and enablement plans.
  • Design, develop, and manage role-based enablement programs designed to integrate sales teams and increase sales of acquired technologies.
  • Deliver targeted, personalized learning experiences that scale globally using a blended learning model, leveraging innovative ways of delivering learning.
  • Engage and leverage enablement resources, including learning design frameworks, content, communications, and technology, to execute on priorities and deliver high value enablement programs.
  • Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to identify gaps and define the most impactful enablement needed to increase performance and achieve results.
  • Measure results of acquisition enablement programs and content and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs.

 What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Robust planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
  • Ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and make recommendations on the go.
    Outstanding presentation/facilitation, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in consulting and building partnerships with, influencing, and persuading key stakeholders.
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Minimum 6-8 years of combined experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, Corporate M&A, and/or Strategic Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute global, scalable learning programs to increase performance and drive outcomes.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing enablement events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise business models, go-to-market strategy, and sales, marketing, and partner operations.
  • Analytical skill set with the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to identify and frame issues and advise, influence, and take decisive actions.
  • Understanding of Salesforce solutions.
