KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, Global Operations, the Project Manager will support and manage cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance global supply chain and eCommerce performance. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Key Focus Areas:
  • Project Coordination: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with logistics, order management, planning, commercial, and technology teams to improve processes and support Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.
  • eCommerce Integration: Assist in initiatives that enhance consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Risk & Change Management: Support identification of risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans; help guide teams through process changes.
  • Data & Reporting: Track project KPIs, prepare status updates, and provide insights to senior team members for decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in project management.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations within supply chain, retail, or eCommerce environments.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain processes and DTC logistics preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel up to 10% (Domestic & International).
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate virtual meetings across time zones.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$84,000-$132,300 USD
