Responsibilities include onboarding projects, soliciting and leveling contractor bids, administering contracts and compliance documents, coordinating stakeholders, conducting site visits, monitoring quality and progress, tracking budgets, preparing updates, and processing contractor payments.
Project Manager
Property Management company ise seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. With this exciting opportunity, you’ll join our fast-paced group of motivated team members to restore what is often our clients’ largest investments - their property. The Projects Team manages a wide range of capital repair/improvement and renovation work. We service both our portfolio of Condominium and Multi-Family Managed properties and also provide General Contractor services for kitchen, bathroom renovations and beyond.
This person will report to the Director of Services. This is not a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
Multi-Family / HOA Projects
- Onboard new capital repair and improvement projects with the Property Management Team
- Establish and grow relationships with our portfolio of contractors from General Contractors to HVAC, Roofing, Masonry among others
- Solicit bids and prepare bid packages for projects leveling proposals to ensure consistency, quality and value.
- Lead project administration including contract execution, W9s, and insurance certificates
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders on individual project logistics
- Conduct Site Visits for quality control and progress reporting
- Execute weekly update reports, budget tracking and contractor payments
Skills/Experience:
- Strong organizational skills

- Professional and personable approach to client service
- Desire for professional growth in a team setting
- Proactive and diligent in working with internal team, clients and contractors
- 2+ years experience in the Residential Property Management/Construction Field
- General knowledge of building envelope and equipment, general knowledge of building trades and construction sequencing
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Ability to interpret condominium documents
- Experience working with a Board of Trustees and/or Multi-family ownership
- Experience with Google platform (docs/sheets/Meet/etc)
- Appfolio (or alternate Property Management software) experience a plus
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License a plus
- Be ble to travel do different sites.
