Position Summary

The Project Coordinator provides day‑to‑day coordination and support for projects led by Senior Project Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and risks, supporting planning activities, and ensuring progress updates are accurate and timely. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable offering suggestions, able to work with some independence, and interested in building experience in project management.

Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Senior Project Managers.
  • Help keep project plans, task lists, additional trackers and documentation up to date.
  • Assist with organizing materials related to project readiness, communications, or training.

Meetings & Communication

  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas and following up on action items.
  • Help distribute project updates and maintain shared project documents.
  • Ensure information is organized and easy for team members to access.

Tools, Processes & Learning

  • Use standard project tools and templates to track progress and maintain documentation.
  • Follow established project processes and ways of working.
  • Learn project management fundamentals through hands‑on support and guidance from Senior Project Managers.

Professional Conduct

  • Work collaboratively with project team members, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, time‑sensitive environments.

The national average salary range for this role is $55-65k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
