Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts from tender through project completion, ensuring alignment with as-sold commitments and Global Project Controls standards.
  • Monitor project schedule, costs, commitments, productivity, and forecasts; analyze trends and variances, identify schedule and cost risks, and drive/support mitigation actions with Project Managers and functional cost owners.
  • Maintain accurate project financials and data across applicable systems, including SAP and Unifier, ensuring budgets, forecasts, approved project reviews, change orders, and cost movements remain aligned.
  • Provide timely internal and external project reporting, communicating schedule, cost, forecast, risk, and overall project status to key stakeholders and collaborating with third parties as required.
  • Manage project commercial and financial activities, including new order booking, customer setup/validation, change orders, billing plan updates, invoicing, cash collection, and project cash planning.
  • Coordinate internal financial interfaces and support change-order calculations, claims, project closeout, and other project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and provide guidance to Project Cost Control Analysts on larger or more complex projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project planning experience and 2 years of project cost-control experience.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%, in accordance with applicable company travel and tax policies.

  • Lead planner on 2+ turnkey projects
  • Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 & SAP
  • Excellent time management, organizational and data driven skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,700.00 and $121,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
