The Productivity, Cost and Improvement Leader is responsible for defining, building, and leading continuous improvement projects that drive productivity and cost savings for Global Distribution Operations. 
This position reports to the Director, VCP and Projects and is part of Global Distribution Operations located on-site, covering the region.

What you will do:

  • Define and build the strategic framework for the future of Logistics Productivity Program through development and refinement of processes, systems and tools to achieve set targets.
  • Work with key stakeholders to generate project ideas to support a culture of productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach and support cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and execute productivity projects.
  • Monitor, track and report status of global savings projects including the tracking of committed results, return on investment and other KPI's. Maintaining the Cost Tracking & Trend Analysis tools and Daily Management OpMec for key sites.
  • Act as pivot and governance between Global Supply Chain finance and F&L organization to develop logistics cost estimates Null budget, forecasts and cost models to manage global logistics spend, in line with business plans.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations or project management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Masters or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess metrics and situations holistically. Rigorous data driven problem solver. Proven track record in delivery of productivity improvements.

Travel Requirements:

  • 25% within region

If would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive project management and/or cross functional improvements in operational and transactional settings.
  • Complex problem solving with the ability to identify productivity opportunities.
  • Statistical/data analytics and tracking of cost savings.

The annual salary range for this role is 125,000 - 150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
