Chewy is looking for a highly motivated, consumer-centric, and collaborative individual to join the fast-paced Chewy Ads team as Product Marketing Manager! In this role, you will help define product positioning and go-to-market strategies that bring Chewy Ads solutions to life. You will craft compelling sales enablement materials, produce educational content for advertisers, and closely track the retail media landscape to sharpen our competitive edge.
The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with deep product marketing expertise, able to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging. They thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering across product, sales, account management, and analytics to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.

What You'll Do:
- Become an expert in Chewy Advertising's solutions and support the rollout of new offerings.
- Help define and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Translate product strategy into clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Create external-facing resources such as trainings, webinars, case studies, and pitch decks that highlight the value of Chewy Ads.
- Prepare internal communications including product updates, newsletters, and trainings to enable sales and account teams.
- Conduct market analysis, gather advertiser insights, and monitor the competitive landscape to inform messaging and objection handling.
- Measure the effectiveness of GTM materials and initiatives, providing feedback to improve adoption and impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, account management, product management, and analytics to ensure smooth product launches.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with digital brand advertising, performance marketing, or closely related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to drive to simple and concise messaging
- Willingness to develop and contribute to process improvement - inventing and simplifying
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building positive relationships internally and externally
- High level of ownership and ability to cut through ambiguity in a start-up environment

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
