About Us

Reframe Systems is on a mission to build net-zero carbon housing for all, at massive scale. To achieve our mission, we need to make low-carbon carbon housing more affordable by re-imagining how housing is designed and built. Our volumetric module platform and agile production system will drive down cost, delivery time, and embodied carbon for multifamily housing. With our first software-driven microfactory in the greater Boston area (Andover, MA), we are on a roadmap to scale our presence nationally. We are disrupting assembly line manufacturing for housing production and are backed by leading VC firms in the industrial and construction space.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive our market leadership as a low-carbon home builder.  This position will be our inaugural full-time marketing role, and will be instrumental in defining product positioning, developing compelling messaging, and executing strategies to drive customer growth.  The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing our advertising and media placement strategy for increased visibility.  Working from the targets identified in Reframe’s Go-to-Market strategy, this position will pursue social media and event presence to expand touchpoints in our target markets.  The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator that thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is also able to perform well independently.

The position reports to the Head of Business Development & Strategy, with additional support from consultants.  The position is full-time, salaried, exempt. The position is hybrid with the expectation of being in the office or field three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate to target customers.  Inform go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.  Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives.

  2. Marketing Materials: Oversee the development of marketing materials, including product sheets, presentations, and demos.  Create and facilitate engaging content and campaigns.   Create compelling product narratives and value propositions.

  3. Public Strategy Support: Develop key messaging and talking points for internal and external stakeholders.  Advise leadership on events and activities where Reframe participation would strengthen product marketing position.

  4. Marketing & Branding Toolkit: Manage content library for use across the company, including brand and style standards, social media guidelines and coordination, images, videos, presentation decks and related content.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role.

  • Track record owning positioning and messaging for a new product in the construction, real estate or climatech space.

  • Multimedia written and verbal communication skills across social media, web, sales collateral, customer outreach, presentations and white papers.

  • Social media savvy and experience managing marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a dynamic startup.  Strong organizational skills and time management acuity.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Professional exposure to the real estate and construction industry.

  • Experience managing project teams including external vendors and agency partners.

  • Passionate about housing sustainability and affordability.

  • Ability to commute to our Andover, MA headquarters on in-office days.
