About You
You're a product marketer who turns complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that move markets and win deals. You think beyond features — connecting product innovation to real-world outcomes like efficiency, quality, and compliance for operational leaders. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, building cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing without waiting for permission. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and care most about the work that drives measurable adoption and pipeline impact.
What Skills Do I Need?
- 6-8+ years of product marketing experience, with a track record of driving product adoption and shaping how products are positioned and sold
- Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches from early definition through post-launch adoption
- Strong analytical foundation — using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform positioning and drive measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or other complex technical domains is a plus (experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace & defense is a bonus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for key manufacturing verticals (e.g., life sciences, aerospace & defense), defining how Tulip differentiates in a crowded and evolving market
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, from early product definition through post-launch adoption and iteration
- Translate market, competitive, and customer insights into clear positioning that connects platform capabilities — particularly in AI and composable operations — to real business value
- Build scalable sales enablement systems that improve win rates, shorten deal cycles, and create a feedback loop from the field into product and messaging
- Define and track success metrics for adoption, pipeline impact, and product marketing effectiveness, using data to continuously refine GTM strategy
- Develop high-impact thought leadership and customer-facing content (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, industry presentations) that reinforces Tulip's market position
Key Collaborators
- Product Management, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation
- Sales Engineering and Customer Success
- Executive leadership (CMO, VP Product)
