Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and campaign creative across paid, organic, email, and events. Create AI-assisted design workflows, image generation pipelines, and prompt systems. Produce or direct short-form video and motion assets. Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.

Lead ownership of Tulip's multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS infrastructure: design resilient cloud architecture, automate CI/CD and operations, define observability standards, manage databases and messaging, lead incident response, and mentor DevOps engineers while partnering with application teams. Participate in on-call rotation and drive operational improvements to eliminate toil and scale reliability globally.

Partner with hiring managers to design and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for Marketing/GTM and other roles. Source passive candidates, maintain pipelines in Greenhouse, manage candidate experience, analyze recruiting metrics, support DEI sourcing and People team projects, and lead offer negotiations across seniority levels.

Design, implement, test, and deploy full-stack features across a large cloud-native platform. Collaborate with product, design, and TechOps, produce documentation, propose improvements, and maintain high code quality and testing practices.

The Presales Engineer consults with customers for digital transformation, collaborates with sales, delivers technical demos, and supports pre-sales activities.
