Job Description Summary

PTC is looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our Creo Product Team and change the way manufacturers design and build their products. Creo is a 3D CAD solution that helps you accelerate product innovation so you can build better products faster. As a key member of the product management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of how products are designed and manufactured. As a product manager, you will be the customer’s advocate, challenged with imagining and developing new products and features to help make them successful.

CAD Product Manager

PTC is looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our Creo Product Team and change the way manufacturers design and build their products. Creo is a 3D CAD solution that helps you accelerate product innovation so you can build better products faster. As a key member of the product management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of how products are designed and manufactured. As a product manager, you will be the customer’s advocate, challenged with imagining and developing new products and features to help make them successful.

Responsibilities:      

• Listen and understand the customer
• Write detailed use cases, and requirements
• Work with user interaction team on mockup development and user interaction
• Work with R&D throughout product development to prioritize requirements/needs, defined features & functionality, achieve product quality standards and deliver product
• Review and respond to inbound product management activities such as customer enhancement requests, bugs, or other product-related customer issues
• Develop presentation materials, and be a key contributor in the go to market efforts

 

Required Skills:

• Professional working experience in product management, or a related capacity
• Knowledge of writing Product Specifications, User Stories, Product Requirement Documents
• Demonstrate ownership and work with competing priorities
• Experience in design and manufacturing domain
• Working knowledge of CAD, preferrably Creo
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud applications and methodologies would be a benefit
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years’ experience

PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 - 106,700. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.  Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and, if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
