What you will be doing
  • Create, maintain, and optimize online product content including descriptions, specifications, attributes, keywords, images, and related product information.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives through timely content updates.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, SEO, vendors, and content providers.
  • Maintain product taxonomy, hierarchy structures, attributes, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct content quality assurance reviews and resolve content issues.
  • Analyze content performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Generate reports and support process documentation.
  • Serve as a content resource for assigned product categories.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in content development, merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and analytical skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital content, or online merchandising.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge of SEO, taxonomy, attribution, and content governance.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
