You will work closely with other team members to collect and organize information to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and data related to partner investments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup of internal accounting system for entities and individuals
  • Prepare monthly customized personal cash flow and net worth statements
  • Monitor and reconcile bank account statements
  • Work with Principals to collect tax information and facilitate communications with internal / external tax preparer
  • Track charitable contributions and gifts
  • Maintain and monitor a calendar for due dates for important deadlines
  • Prepare other reports and analyses as requested
  • Record monthly and quarterly investment activity

Qualifications

  • BA degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with balance sheet and summary of investments for high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
