- Lead Regional System Lifecycle Management (SLM) Activities
Deliver on priorities by leading planning and execution of system lifecycle initiatives for a complex data network spanning over 550 sites. Ensure timely lifecycle replacement and alignment with enterprise standards. Anticipate obsolescence risks and proactively recommend technology refresh strategies. Create focus around lifecycle objectives and consistently align team execution to shared goals.
- Drive Capacity Planning and Resiliency Testing Programs
Own the execution of capacity management strategies, ensuring network scalability and availability. Lead regular resiliency testing and drive remediation of identified issues. Strategically adapt approaches based on testing outcomes and new business requirements. Foster cross-functional partnerships to align planning with global architectures.
- Manage Regional Network Roadmaps and Platform Standards
Think strategically to align regional network initiatives with global architecture and innovation goals. Collaborate with enterprise architects to document and evolve standards based on field learnings and operational metrics coming from the reliability engineering manager.
- Technical Business Operations Leadership
Manage annual budgets and 24-month rolling forecasts, ensuring strong financial discipline and accurate accounting (accruals, depreciation). Work with other network platform managers, architects and procurement and finance business partners to deliver commitments through clear budget ownership and prioritization of critical investments. Coordinate orders including delivery of new services, issue and approve POs, and review vendor invoicing while aligning spend to program milestones.
- Vendor and Circuit Portfolio Management
Oversee vendor relationships for data circuits and hardware, ensuring timely service delivery and issue resolution. Drive accountability through effective contract execution and performance monitoring. Deliver outcomes by proactively addressing service roadblocks and aligning vendor efforts to network goals.
Lead Site Implementation & Service Expansion Projects
