The role involves owning SignNow's core platform, building an AI-native platform, and collaborating across teams to drive product strategy, execution, and communication.

Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, airSlate WorkFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the SignNow team
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to succeed with our award‑winning signature solution. SignNow empowers over 28 million people around the world to move fast with everything they need to send and e‑sign documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.
And now, we're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own SignNow's core platform and help build SignNow 2.0 — an AI-native agreement platform. This role sits at the intersection of platform infrastructure, AI enablement, and business impact, with broad ownership and high leverage across the product org. This is a builder role — high ownership, high ambiguity, and real leverage across the company.
What you'll be working on:
- AI-native foundations. Define and build the infrastructure that enables AI across SignNow - data, model integration, experimentation, and reusable AI capabilities.
- Platform strategy & roadmap. Own the vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities - including segmentation, telemetry, shared services (e.g., notifications, workflows), and core infrastructure - optimizing for scalability, reliability, security, and team velocity.
- Business-driven prioritization. Translate company goals and customer needs into platform investments that drive measurable adoption, efficiency, and revenue impact.
- AI discovery → delivery. Explore, validate, and ship AI-driven opportunities, from early experiments to production features.
- Cross-functional leadership. Partner closely with engineering, data, design, and security to align architecture, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Execution & communication. Drive delivery, measure outcomes, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, ideally in high-scale or fast-growing environments.
- Proven ownership of platform/infrastructure products (e.g. auth, admin, security, data or ML foundations).
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products or integrating AI/ML into real user workflows.
- Strong product and business acumen, prioritizing by impact, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from discovery to execution in ambiguous, fast-iterating environments.
- Solid understanding of system and product architecture, platform trade-offs, and cross-team impact.
- Entrepreneurial, experimental mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Sounds like a match? Apply and let’s explore how we can build impactful AI-powered products together.
