Senior Motion Designer (Product Motion)

As a Senior Product Motion Designer in the Design Foundation group, you’ll define foundational motion principles across the monday.com ecosystem. You will partner with engineers and product teams to translate these into a scalable design system that ensures a seamless experience for millions of users. From core product features to seasonal visual integrations, you’ll craft intuitive interactions that spark delight at every touchpoint.

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing animated motion and design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Experience with After Effects
• Ability to work quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with diverse teams.
• Passion for exploring new platforms and technologies in motion design.
