We are seeking a visionary and data-driven SEO/AIO Team Lead to spearhead our organic growth strategy in the age of AI. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional Search Engine Optimization and the emerging field of AI Optimization. You will lead a team of specialists to ensure our brand remains dominant not only in classic search results (SERPs) but also within AI-driven answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews.
- Experience: 5+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role in a global company
- AIO Proficiency: Deep AI Literacy regarding how LLMs and AI-driven search engines process and cite web data.
- Analytical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Botify) and web analytics.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, and server-side optimization.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of successfully navigating major Google algorithm updates and shifts in the search landscape.
