The Marketer reports to an Attorney within one of our departments, working to promote the firm in order to grow our business in the Boston area.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and recruit new medical providers to join the network
- Coordinate and schedule meet-and-greet meetings with providers, leadership, and attorneys
- Conduct detailed audits of client files and medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with the leadership team to arrange client meetings and engagement opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact (Account Manager equivalent) between case managers and providers
- Develop and implement efficient processes for identifying and extracting personal injury cases
- Import and manage case data within the Litify platform
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Personal Injury market, trends, and provider landscape
- Confidently communicate with attorneys and doctors, particularly regarding billing and case logistics
- Travel locally (within ~10 miles) to provider offices 3–4 days per week, particularly during the onboarding phase
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume practice environment with an emphasis on organization and efficiency
- Represent the company in a professional, personable manner aligned with sales-oriented roles
- Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business
Qualification
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of law firm experience (preferred)
- Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures, practices, etc
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive computer and database expertise; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm
