Overall responsibility for the operational management of the APCC programs in Reliant and Atrius, and any extended areas as part of Optum MA. Coordinate and oversee program recruitment, hiring and onboarding new talent for all cohorts. Oversee onboarding and graduation transitions. Develop and optimize dashboard and coordinate with local Site Administrators to document and report out on dashboard statistics, (panel growth and attrition, encounter and RVU expectations, Top Tier Quality Metric performance, CTU, HDE etc.) Assure program develops and evolves according to organizational need.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with clinical leadership, coordinate the recruitment and hiring of all APCC positions and screen with clinical leadership, participating in interview panel as needed
  • Oversee onboarding of all cohort APCCs, rolling out orientation checklists to all cohorts, assist with optimizing content, and monitor schedule
  • Oversee didactic rotations, preceptor training, APCC onboarding, Coffee and Conversations and cohort graduation ceremonies
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, for all cohorts, create agendas and facilitate topics and document follow up items
  • Develop and oversee dashboard to report on performance and productivity success metrics, (RUVs. Encounter, Pt. Exp, Quality etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and address issues with productivity, performance or behavior (of both preceptors and APCs)
  • Continue to develop and optimize programs, adjust tenants, create presentations, Q+A's, operationalize APC surveys, report out trends
  • Act as an Operational Liaison to Operational Leadership, (COO, Reg. Dir., Site Administrator, etc.)
  • Assist to coordinate
  • Meet with SA Teams bi-weekly to review:
    • Preceptor schedules
    • APCs schedules
    • Didactic rotation changes
    • Employee Relations updates and concerns

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
  • Well versed in primary care management, EPIC Electronic Healthcare Record, (or similar), and employee relations management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
