This role is a part of the Security Orchestration Automation and Response vertical, and is responsible for effective product delivery. As a POM on the team, you’ll work cross-functionally with key partners across the org and provide strategic and tactical support to help ensure successful product delivery. We are obsessed with aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and love challenging the convention within our organization. We are looking for a passionate Ops nerd to join our team!

Simplify and streamline the product delivery process
Coach team members on techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of iterative experimentation, innovation, and learning
Drive alignment on success metrics, timelines, and execution
Develop cross-functional partnerships and work closely with UX, product, and engineering teams, support and go-to-market teams
Promote visibility and connect the organization by providing hands-on tools support for individuals and teams across the practice in order to unlock the full potential of our internal tools for people across all levels and roles
Improve transparency into the work being done to increase communication and stakeholder alignment.
Continuously review process and tools to drive more efficient operating mechanisms
Ensure alignment and context at all levels to make effective and informed decisions.
Required Skills
Capacity to inspire and motivate cross functional teams across widely varying levels and roles
4-6 years of experience in operations, program management, management consulting, or relevant experience in a technology company
Experience leading teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Admin experience strongly preferred.
Fast learner with an appetite for continuous improvement
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and growth mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keen sense of how to get things done
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the organization.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related discipline strongly preferred.
Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodology, acting as product owner for one or more engineering scrum teams would be highly beneficial.
