We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in developing and managing a global sales and operations planning process (Global S&OP). This role requires an individual with a passion for analytics, operational process development, and a willingness to be agile and adapt to changing trends. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast-paced start-up environment and will be comfortable problem solving at a macro level and diving deep where necessary. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role driving near-term and long-term strategic objectives within SharkNinja Global S&OP.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the deliverables, cadence, action items and overall weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Global S&OP Processes

•Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategic Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Product Development, Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution to evaluate sales and operations planning procedures

•Ongoing development and integration of SharkNinja's Global S&OP process across Corporate Headquarters and Regional teams

•Develop scorecards and comprehensive executive deliverables combining cross functional inputs from portfolio review, demand planning, supply planning, production, logistics and finance to clearly illustrate and deliver against Global S&OP outcomes

•Ensure data inputs generated by functional area accurately and efficiently communicate risks & opportunities

•Identify, measure and report on both short and long term business targets

•Provide direction and assistance on resolution of complex issues related to production planning and demand management

•Efficiently communicate any trends, drivers, and takeaways from weekly, monthly cross functional business reviews

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

•8 to 10+ years of experience developing and driving S&OP processes

•Global S&OP experience within the consumer products industry preferred

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences

•Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to develop relationships and manage internal stakeholders

•Proven track record of negotiating to reach consensus, alignment, and commitment

•Project management skills to lead transformation and continuous improvement projects across multiple geographies and business functions

•Ability to solve complex problems with an in-depth degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation

•Demonstrated capability to successfully execute multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment

•Experience building and leading high performing teams
