Job Title – MarTech Data Stream Manager 

 

The Purpose of this Role 

The MarTech Data Stream Manager will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of a data strategy for the Marketing Automation Technology team.  Using best practices for data integration, which includes cloud, vendor, and/or traditional infrastructure technologies, this role will manage how data is consumed and shared within our suite of MarTech SaaS, PaaS, and internal systems. Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills and the ability to mentor technical peers is encouraged.  You will be responsible for working with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Customers and Solution Architects when integrating data with end-to-end development activities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal business stakeholders, you will identify and address data pain points, developing solutions that improve data integration and accessibility. 

 

  • Strategic Impact: Your work will directly impact the organization by enabling the MarTech team to bring customer strategies to life through technically creative and user-friendly solutions. 

The Skills that are Key to this Role 

 

Technical / Behavioral 

  • Designing and developing low to moderate complexity data integration solution. 

  • Experience managing integrations and data flows between multiple SaaS and in house tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Manager, etc. 

  • A strong background in API use and development. 

  • Hands RMDS experience (Snowflake, PostgreSQL ). 

  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms and Services (AWS – IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). 

  • Knowledge of data streaming tools like Kafka. 

  • Design, building, and maintenance of data pipelines to ingest data from various systems. 

  • Knowledge of Enterprise level implementations like Data warehouse, Automated solutions. 

  • Ability to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management. 

  • Ability to develop and drive a strategy as per the needs of the team.

  • BE / B. Tech. / MCA / MS
