The Role
You are a highly motivated, thoughtful, inspiring, collaborative, analytical leader with exceptional strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills. You have a deep expertise in performance marketing technology, analytical tools, data management, business-to-business analytics and business intelligence to lead the development and execution of fact-based reporting, analysis and analytical models used to enhance decision making across the marketing function.
Reporting to the Leader of Marketing Operations, you will lead and manage the Performance Analytics & Technology team to support the entire Marketing organization by collaborating on an innovative vision for extending our analytical capabilities through the scale and effectiveness of the performance marketing technology stack. Your goal will be to provide deep insight into Marketing’s impact on revenue, instill processes to facilitate comprehensive marketing channel tracking, optimize the marketing mix and overall spend, identify new opportunities, and enhance campaign-level decision-making insights.
Manage Performance Analytics function, inclusive of developing a strong analyst team
Develop and execute fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models, partnering with Marketing leaders, Business Planning, Sales Operations, & Finance to support the organization with insights used to increase transparency, optimize spend, and improve results
Own operational cadence to provide reporting & analytics supporting quarterly business reviews, eStaff updates, & board material preparation
Responsible for optimizing the technology stack to create dynamic, integrated dashboards and reports that empower end-to-end marketing and sales funnel management
Analyze program results, lead to opportunity & deal conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI, and make best practice recommendations
Drive business review cadence with Marketing & cross-functional leadership
Establish benchmarks, success models, and forecasting in line with sales targets
About You
7+ years of experience in a SaaS marketing operations / marketing analytics function required
2.5+ years leading, managing and developing a team
Proven experience with analytical techniques and their application to marketing challenges
Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements
Ability to tell a succinct, actionable story through data, communicating complex data concepts in ways that marketing leaders and other functions will understand
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or Google sheets, with Marketo & SalesForce.Com knowledge required
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset; detail-oriented and passionate about working with a fast-growing, global marketing team
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
