Paid Social & Display Manager
Digital revenue / DTC growth is a key focus at SharkNinja. This team partners with Digital, Brand, Media, PR, Creative, Operations, Consumer Experience, Retail and Product Marketing - each of these teams focusing on how we give our consumers the ultimate digital experience.
The position requires a performance driven marketer who is self-directed and self-motivated individual who works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role assists with developing breakout digital strategies to drive profitable revenue growth for our Shark and Ninja direct-to-consumer channels. The leading candidate for this role is someone looking to immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment with a growing team. You’ll coordinate with other channel owners on the Digital Demand Creation team as well as other departments such as Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research and Analytics, Finance and more to keep activations collaborative, organized, on schedule and impactful to the growth of the Shark and Ninja brands.
Responsibilities
- Assume accountability and ownership of paid social, display, retargeting channels.
- Own the day-to-day responsibilities of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting against paid social, display and retargeting channels in service of our 500%+ ROAS targets and revenue goals.
- Assist in managing budget and recommending changes in allocation of spend based on performance.
- Build and execute AB testing optimization roadmap for paid social & display campaigns including ad creative, video, audiences, geo-targets, devices etc.
- Challenge the norm to drive more efficient customer acquisition.
- Co-create best in class campaigns with SharkNinja’s agency partners that will maximize Shark and Ninja ROI as well as deliver education and innovation to the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build creative and execute campaigns in with omni-channel strategy and plans.
- Manage agency relationship, co-collaborating on vision, campaign execution, and reporting / performance optimization.
- Manage timelines and deliverables with key partners and agencies.
- Facilitate and manage the invoicing and payment of all media partners and agencies.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of performance driven paid media experience in paid social / display.
- 1-2 years experience managing agencies.
- Experience managing a direct report
- Resourceful, driven, problem solver. Able to organize and analyze data to find unique and insightful ways to help improve campaign efficiencies and grow the business.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must be organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Passionate, positive “can-do” attitude.
