Pay Range:
$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
Product Domain Ownership
- Own the product domain end-to-end, including strategy execution, operating model design, and ongoing optimization
- Define and enforce accountability for product performance, adoption, and outcomes
- Serve as the business owner for product capabilities and associated platforms
Product & Platform Leadership
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success measures aligned to business objectives
- Lead platform and capability evolution, ensuring scalability, integration, and sustainability
- Ensure product capabilities are aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and governance standards
Execution Oversight & Delivery
- Oversee backlog prioritization, intake processes, and delivery execution across the product domain
- Ensure product capabilities are delivered on time, meet requirements, and scale effectively
- Remove barriers and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Operational Excellence & Performance
- Establish KPIs, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting for product performance and adoption
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and lead remediation efforts
- Ensure documentation, operating procedures, and process standardization across the domain
Enterprise Partnership & Influence
- Partner with IT, Privacy, Legal, Security, Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders
- Influence enterprise decision-making by clearly articulating tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations
- Represent the product domain in governance forums, strategic initiatives, and technology discussion
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop Product Managers and/or Product Strategists, establishing clear ownership and accountability
- Lead or participate in committee work
- Coach team members to develop deep product, platform, and operational expertise
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required
Certification / Registration / License:
None Required.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, consumer data, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience owning and leading product domains, platforms, or capabilities (not advisory roles)
- Experience establishing operating models and driving enterprise-scale outcomes
- Leading major product domains
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CDP, CMP, personalization, etc.) We currently use Salesforce with Marketing Cloud Next
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and operating models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Executive-level communication and influence skills
- High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
Preferred Job Requirements
Certification / Registration / License
- Relevant platform or domain certifications preferred (e.g. Salesforce, marketing technology, data platforms, privacy, etc.)
- Advanced platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce, CDP, CMP, privacy, data governance) strongly preferred
Experience
- Deep familiarity with CRM governance frameworks, messaging standards, and enterprise communication controls
- Proven ability to establish and enforce governance models for campaign execution, messaging, and channel usage
- Strong understanding of messaging lifecycle, including content structure, approval workflows, and compliance considerations
- Demonstrated success enabling consistent, scalable messaging practices across multiple teams, channels, and lines of business
- Experience partnering with marketing, compliance, legal, and technology teams to operationalize governance and messaging standards
Preferred:
- Experience within healthcare
