Senior Microsoft Copilot administrator responsible for onboarding, training, administration, security, compliance, and tenant readiness for Copilot and Microsoft 365 services. Leads migrations, identity and access management, troubleshooting, adoption roadmaps, analytics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Lead enterprise analytics architecture and strategy across Epic Cogito, BI tools, and cloud platforms. Design scalable, secure solutions, enforce RBAC and DevOps/CI-CD practices, mentor federated teams, guide tool selection, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Provide architectural oversight, stakeholder consultation, and adoption planning for analytics initiatives in a large healthcare system.

Design, develop, and support enterprise analytical and operational data solutions (ETL/ELT, data models, integrations, reports). Lead metric/technical design, manage medium-to-large projects, provide production support, documentation, training, and mentor junior team members. Maintain certifications and stay current with EHR/ERP, cloud, SQL, and BI technologies.
