The Epic Enterprise Project Manager oversees healthcare IT projects, ensuring they align with budgets and schedules while managing risks and stakeholder communications.

Lead AI strategy for ERP and WFM solutions, evaluate and adopt AI technologies, oversee identification, testing, and implementation of AI initiatives, develop dashboards and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners, manage program operations and improvement projects, and serve as primary program contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead enterprise-wide translation and dissemination of strategic initiatives using modern, audience-tailored and AI-enabled approaches. Build intake and measurement processes, develop executive-level presentations and messaging, partner with insights, communications, and HR to drive activation, and support governance to improve strategic understanding and decision-making across a large health system.

Lead underpayment and payment variance management for hospital and professional claims. Analyze contract variances, oversee appeals, recommend corrective actions, train staff, monitor productivity and quality, escalate payer issues, and drive process improvements to maximize net revenue.

Support, configure, test, and document Epic application(s). Gather and translate user requirements, map and improve clinical/business workflows, develop test plans, train users, manage upgrades, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Design, build, test and support application interfaces using interface engine technology and industry message formats (HL7, X12, FHIR). Translate business needs into interface specs, execute test plans, document change control, participate in on-call 24x7 production support, and meet EPIC/Bridges certification requirements.

Lead underpayment and payment variance management for hospital and professional claims. Oversee appeals processing, analyze root causes and trends, escalate payer/contract issues, recommend corrective action, train staff, ensure policy adherence, and collaborate across Revenue Cycle, Managed Health, and Finance to maximize net revenue and improve processes.

Manage and implement compensation strategies, design compensation programs, and serve as a subject matter expert in compensation-related matters. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices while using HR technology effectively.
