Assists with strategy, planning, portfolio management, documentation, platform enablement, and mentoring.

Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, data marts, and self-service analytics solutions for healthcare stakeholders. Validates dataset integrity, analyzes healthcare program outcomes, translates business needs into metrics and visualizations, and follows data stewardship and sensitive-data handling standards. The role partners with senior developers and data architects while developing expertise in healthcare systems and business processes.

Develops healthcare analytics reports, dashboards, datasets, and datamarts; analyzes program data to identify trends and outcomes; communicates findings to stakeholders; maintains self-service solutions; follows data stewardship and sensitive-data handling standards while balancing multiple projects.

Support and optimize Epic clinical/business applications by documenting workflows, assisting users, performing testing, tracking issues, supporting upgrades, and delivering training. Develop requirements, manage change control, troubleshoot problems, and communicate status to users and leadership.

Supports Epic healthcare applications for hospital coding and CDI. Analyzes and maps clinical and business workflows, translates requirements into system specifications, configures applications, develops and executes testing, trains users, maintains documentation, manages upgrades, troubleshoots issues, and supports multiple stakeholders. Epic certification must be obtained within six months and maintained annually.

Lead integrated paid media strategy and execution across channels, modernize media planning with technology and data, manage agency/vendor relationships and multimillion-dollar budgets, build media capabilities and teams, and deliver executive insights to optimize ROI using AI, automation, and advanced measurement.
