Develops and supports enterprise analytical and operational data solutions, including data models, integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, reports, and business intelligence platforms. Translates business requirements into validated solutions, performs data analysis, documents technical work, supports production systems, manages changes, and contributes to upgrades. The role collaborates with operational and IT teams, manages multiple projects, mentors junior staff, and maintains expertise in healthcare, EHR, ERP, cloud, SQL, and BI technologies.

Supports Apptio TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, reporting, and quality controls. Collects and analyzes benchmark data, defines business requirements, maps processes, and partners with IT, business units, consultants, and stakeholders to solve technology-related business problems. Assists with strategy, planning, portfolio management, documentation, platform enablement, and mentoring.

Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, data marts, and self-service analytics solutions for healthcare stakeholders. Validates dataset integrity, analyzes healthcare program outcomes, translates business needs into metrics and visualizations, and follows data stewardship and sensitive-data handling standards. The role partners with senior developers and data architects while developing expertise in healthcare systems and business processes.
