Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company as part of a high-impact Growth Marketing team. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who will manage HubSpot campaign execution, ensure our marketing systems and data run smoothly, and provide hands-on support across a variety of marketing initiatives from digital programs and nurture campaigns to in-person events. This role is ideal for a HubSpot-Certified marketer who loves variety and wants to apply their skills broadly across campaigns, systems, and creative projects. You’ll turn marketing strategy into action, connect the dots between content, data, and technology, and help accelerate growth through seamless GTM execution.

As part of our Growth Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist transforms ideas into impact by building, automating, and optimizing campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time. You’ll help drive integrated GTM programs, support marketing operations, and experiment with new tools and tactics to improve performance and efficiency.
What you'll do:
- Own HubSpot campaign execution: Build and launch campaigns, workflows, and automations in HubSpot (e.g., webinars, product launches, cold nurture sequences).
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies: Ensure the right messages reach the right people.
- Manage data accuracy and system health: Maintain clean, segmented contact lists; manage contact enrichment, deduplication, and data hygiene routines that enable accurate reporting.
- Support marketing operations: Optimize HubSpot architecture, integrations, and dashboards to keep our growth engine efficient and scalable.
- Drive internal GTM alignment: Coordinate internal communications across Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
- Assist with general marketing projects: Jump in to support in-person events, campaign logistics, and special initiatives as needed.
- Track results: Measure campaign effectiveness, surface insights, and recommend optimizations to increase conversion and engagement.
- Experiment and innovate: Test new tools and AI-assisted workflows to streamline execution and enhance campaign performance.
You'll thrive here if:
- HubSpot Certified, with hands-on experience building, automating, and optimizing programs.
- A marketing generalist who enjoys variety and can pivot between technical setup, creative execution, and operational support.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in data-driven environments and familiar with marketing compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- A collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or other paid campaign platforms.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting in HubSpot.
- Experience experimenting with AI for campaign optimization, copywriting, or audience segmentation, with a focus on scalability and process improvement.
