About Robin:
Robin is reimagining workplace operations as a strategic function, and AI is at the core of how we get there. We help workplace teams bring order to the chaos by automating logistics, simplifying operations, and giving employees a seamless way to connect with the office. Today, our workplace operations platform is used by thousands of offices around the world.

At Robin, we believe the best connections and ideas come from being in the room together, so we work in person a few days a week. But we also build flexibility into every part of our product, and our culture, so people can do great work without burning out.

Robin is hiring a digital strategist who turns curiosity into pipeline. As the Senior Manager, Web Experience, you’ll own the strategy and execution of robinpowered.com, our most valuable demand and brand asset. You’ll blend UX, SEO, data, and AI to create a digital experience that captures interest and converts it into revenue.

If you’re passionate about using design, data and technology to create digital experiences that fuel growth, this role is for you.

We're a hybrid team based in Boston, working in-office several days a week so we can build and solve in real time. You'll join a small, high-trust team where great ideas become customer wins quickly.

Why this role exists:
Our website is more than a first impression. It’s the catalyst that moves workplace leaders from questions to clarity. As Robin grows, our digital experience must accelerate that journey. We’re looking for a Senior Web Experience Manager to lead that charge. You’ll shape the vision and execution of robinpowered.com to create a digital experience that drives growth.

What you'll do:

  • Own the design and evolution of robinpowered.com to capture attention, build trust, and convert curiosity into pipeline.
  • Advance our AI-ready SEO strategy, rooted in buyer-intent and high-performing content, with an eye toward the expanding world (traditional search, AI summaries and LLMs).
  • Use behavioral analytics, A/B testing and funnel analysis to continuously reduce friction and improve conversion paths across key persona journeys.
  • Monitor website KPIs with GA4, HubSpot, and other tools to surface insights and drive site-wide improvements.
  • Partner across teams to transform campaigns into seamless buyer journeys.
  • Maintain scalable design systems and UX patterns to ensure a cohesive, high-quality brand experience.
  • Stay on the pulse of how AI is reshaping digital discovery, and evolve our site strategy accordingly.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Bring 5-7 years of web marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment serving mid-enterprise buyers.
  • Are proficient with modern web tools, from design (Figma, Webflow) to analytics and optimization platforms.
  • Have a clear perspective on growth marketing in the AI era, and the curiosity and ambition to lead through that transformation.
  • Have a growth mindset. You think in data, not hunches, and are comfortable digging into funnel metrics, attribution models, and site analytics to identify actionable areas for improvement.
  • See the bigger picture, understanding how SEO, personalization, CRO, and digital channels work together to drive growth.
  • Have a high bias for action. You’re energized by ambiguity and fast-moving cross-functional work.

Core competencies for success:

  • Learning Velocity: You learn fast and apply new ideas quickly.
  • AI Proficiency: You bridge problem-solving and creativity, using AI to deliver solutions with real-world impact.
  • Collaboration: You share knowledge, unblock teammates, and build together.
