Robin is reimagining workplace operations as a strategic function, and AI is at the core of how we get there. We help workplace teams bring order to the chaos by automating logistics, simplifying operations, and giving employees a seamless way to connect with the office. Today, our workplace operations platform is used by thousands of offices around the world.
At Robin, we believe the best connections and ideas come from being in the room together, so we work in person two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Boston HQ. But we also build flexibility into every part of our product, and our culture, so people can do great work without burning out.
Robin is hiring a Senior Product Manager to create, own, and scale a portfolio of AI-powered product experiences across our workplace operations platform - bringing new product bets to life within an established organization.
Why this role exists:Workplace Ops teams are under constant pressure: more requests, more tools, more complexity—and not enough time. Robin already sits at the center of the operational reality of modern offices (people, spaces, services, visitors, and issues). With AI, we have an opportunity to do more than organize work—we can automate the repetitive parts, surface the next-best action, and help teams resolve work faster with confidence.
We’re looking for a Senior PM with proven experience shipping AI products from zero to one—someone who can take a real customer problem from concept to the right solution, and deliver a capability that’s launched, measured, and trusted. You’ll be a hands-on builder who partners closely with design and engineering to create solutions that are genuinely useful, dependable, and widely adopted.
What you’ll do:Own the product strategy and roadmap for high-impact workplace operations workflows—identifying where AI can automate tasks, reduce manual steps, and improve outcomes for admins and employees.
Lead end-to-end product discovery: Customer interviews, workflow mapping, opportunity sizing, and translating insights into crisp product bets, PRDs, and iterative releases.
Be relentlessly customer-centric: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively engage users and buyers through ongoing conversations, and translate real-world feedback into clear priorities—ensuring every product bet is grounded in customer outcomes and validated early and often.
Partner deeply with engineering, ML/data, and design to ship AI capabilities (e.g., LLM-powered experiences, agentic workflows, recommendations) with clear requirements around quality, latency, cost, and UX.
Define how we measure success and quality: Product metrics, experimentation, AI evaluation frameworks, instrumentation, and ongoing monitoring to ensure performance holds up in the real world.
Build trust into every release: Guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, transparency, privacy/security considerations, rollout plans, and collaboration with GTM/Support/CS to drive adoption.
You’ve been a PM in B2B SaaS long enough to have shipped meaningful scope, learned from launches, and improved products through iteration—ideally with ownership of a major product area.
You have hands-on AI product experience in production (not just prototypes): you’ve worked closely with technical teams, made tradeoffs, and delivered measurable outcomes (adoption, efficiency, revenue, retention, quality).
You can clearly describe a product you built from scratch through production that went on to generate meaningful revenue—owning everything from discovery and MVP scope to launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Learning Velocity: You learn fast and apply new ideas quickly.
AI Proficiency: You bridge problem-solving and creativity, using AI to deliver solutions with real-world impact.
Collaboration: You share knowledge, unblock teammates, and build together.
