Role Overview

At Berkshire Grey, marketing is about translating cutting-edge robotics into real-world impact for the world’s most demanding supply chains. We help customers transform fulfillment, e-commerce, and logistics operations through intelligent automation, and our marketing team plays a critical role in telling that story.

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager with a strong sense of ownership who can combine strategic vision with disciplined, hands-on execution. This role is ideal for someone who stays ahead of the curve, cuts through complexity, and consistently turns strategy into measurable results, fast.

In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in elevating brand visibility, driving demand, and strengthening Berkshire Grey’s position as a leader in robotic automation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Plan and run events including trade shows, webinars, and conferences
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-channel coordination
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with business priorities

Digital Marketing & CRM Management

  • Manage social media channels and content publishing schedules
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and execute email campaigns and nurture flows
  • Maintain CRM system, including workflows, integrations, and lead management

Content, Copywriting & Public Relations

  • Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, ads, and social media
  • Produce and coordinate content such as blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers
  • Draft and distribute press releases and manage media outreach
  • Coordinate interviews, speaking opportunities, and monitor media coverage

Website, Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Support lead generation programs and pipeline growth initiatives
  • Manage and maintain sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales to support deal execution and follow-up

Performance, Operations & Collaboration

  • Track campaign performance and generate reports and dashboards
  • Manage marketing tools and ensure proper tracking and integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on execution across campaigns, digital, and events
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, social, and webinars
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills across multiple formats and channels
  • Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement initiatives
  • Familiarity with website management, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in robotics, automation, or related technical industries is a plus

Travel: multi-day industry events several times per year (approximately 2–3 times)

Hybrid: 3-day in-office minimum
