Develop and prototype computer vision and machine learning solutions for robotic trailer unloading. Train and adapt models for perception tasks such as object detection, segmentation, grasp estimation, depth estimation, and anomaly detection. Troubleshoot real robotic systems, evaluate emerging robotics advancements, transition prototypes to product teams, communicate technical priorities, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership on key projects.

Partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to identify applications, prioritize features, support deployment, and develop commercialization strategies. Travel of 25% or more is required.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, profitability reviews, KPI tracking, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with cross-functional leaders to assess business performance, risks, opportunities, pricing, investments, costs, and financial commitments. Supports monthly and quarterly close activities, reconciles plans with Accounting, and prepares executive presentations and actionable insights.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and support software for robotic manipulation, focusing on motion planning, kinematics, and integration with robotic systems, while providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Lead rapid prototyping of robotic automation systems from concept and CAD through fabrication, software integration, perception, motion planning, controls, testing, and iteration. Develop and debug Python/C++ and ROS/ROS2 code, integrate robot arms, sensors, and end effectors, bring up incomplete systems across mechanical/electrical/software boundaries, run experiments to validate designs, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to deliver working prototypes and early production concepts.

Lead mechanical design for new electromechanical products from concept through production. Own system-level requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and release using SolidWorks and PLM. Drive manufacturability, reliability, DFMEA, GD&T, and supplier collaboration; mentor junior engineers and support fielded systems.

Lead architecture and development of high-fidelity simulation platforms and digital twins for robotic automation. Build scalable sim frameworks, integrate Emulate3D/Sim3D environments, design APIs/SDKs, apply MBSE, and enable testing/validation pipelines. Provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive simulation-driven system design, performance analysis, and production-ready deployments.

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing large-scale enterprise deals in automation and robotics, while managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer partnerships.
