Leads a 15–20-person multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization developing robotic picking systems and electromechanical products. Oversees product development from concept through validation, production, deployment, and sustaining support. Partners with software, product, program management, operations, and supply chain teams; manages customer requirements, design reviews, safety compliance, manufacturing scale-up, reliability improvements, risk mitigation, and predictable execution. Supports customer engagements and travel to domestic and international sites.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and launches electrical systems for robotic automation products. Responsibilities span PCB and circuit design, industrial power systems, motors, sensors, safety controls, CAD documentation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and deployment updates. The role supports the complete electrical design lifecycle from concept through production and field service, including integration of conveyors, robots, controls, and sensing technologies.

Leads architecture, technical direction, and hands-on development of robotic manipulation software. Develops motion planning, kinematics, control, multi-arm coordination, simulation, hardware integration, and distributed-system interfaces. Oversees testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, design reviews, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
