Develop and prototype computer vision and machine learning solutions for robotic trailer unloading. Train and adapt models for perception tasks such as object detection, segmentation, grasp estimation, depth estimation, and anomaly detection. Troubleshoot real robotic systems, evaluate emerging robotics advancements, transition prototypes to product teams, communicate technical priorities, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership on key projects.

Develop and support industrial robotic automation systems throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through production and long-term support. Responsibilities include PLC programming, controls orchestration, functional safety, sensor and drive integration, industrial networking, distributed I/O, electrical design, system debugging, data analysis, source control, CI/CD, and control-system API development.

Leads a multidisciplinary hardware engineering team developing, validating, releasing, and scaling electromechanical systems for warehouse automation and robotics. Oversees design reviews, compliance, safety certifications, hardware-software integration, schedules, resources, risks, manufacturing readiness, production support, and field reliability. Partners with product, software, quality, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while mentoring engineers and driving predictable execution across scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
