Lead rapid prototyping of robotic automation systems from concept and CAD through fabrication, software integration, perception, motion planning, controls, testing, and iteration. Develop and debug Python/C++ and ROS/ROS2 code, integrate robot arms, sensors, and end effectors, bring up incomplete systems across mechanical/electrical/software boundaries, run experiments to validate designs, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to deliver working prototypes and early production concepts.

Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, hardware, quality, deployment and customer milestones. Create and update schedules, perform critical path and risk analysis, manage dependencies, run schedule governance, produce executive dashboards, drive stakeholder accountability, and develop scheduling best practices to ensure on-time delivery and proactive mitigation of schedule risks.

Design and implement motion planning software for robotic packing applications. Develop, test, and debug algorithms for collision avoidance and packing optimization, integrate solutions with perception and robot hardware, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and validate on physical 6-DoF robotic arms.
