Design, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot robotic pick cells and industrial automation subsystems. Define layouts, interfaces, safety, and manufacturing handoff. Support PLC development (Siemens preferred), industrial networking, field installations, acceptance testing, documentation, and cross-disciplinary debugging to improve throughput, reliability, and serviceability. Travel domestically and internationally for commissioning and support.

Lead a small team to design, prototype, evaluate, and integrate AI-enabled robotics software into real-world systems. Provide technical and people leadership, set priorities, define architecture, establish evaluation/experiment workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition advanced capabilities into production.

Lead design and delivery of scalable robotic automation software for store replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment. Architect distributed systems, implement core Python components, integrate ROS and ML libraries, drive CI/CD, perform production debugging with ELK, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated robotic solutions.
