This role is located in Somerville - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.
Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized. More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology.
In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work."
We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale.
About the Role:
You own core industries end to end: the narrative, the campaigns, the content, the field intelligence, and the pipeline. You drive your respective go-to-market pod alongside sales, BDRs, and pre-sales. You are the lynchpin between your vertical and the commercial organization, continuously iterating on what resonates with target audiences, optimizing messaging and tactics, and owning the plan from strategy to pipeline, all without waiting on a hand-off. Tulip runs on the factory floors that make the cars, medicines, and devices the world depends on, and you decide how the next wave of those manufacturers hear about it. You have a high ceiling, are full of ideas, analytically rigorous, and wired to see your work drive real outcomes. You are comfortable using AI as part of how you work, and here you use it to produce, test, and iterate faster than a traditional team can.
What skills do I need?
- 8-10+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or product management, with a record of owning outcomes rather than completing tasks.
- Deep domain knowledge in a technical industrial or life sciences vertical, or a demonstrated ability to get there fast.
- Strong writing: you can produce a compelling narrative piece, a tight campaign brief, or a sharp landing page without a creative team.
- Comfortable using AI in your workflow, or eager to, with curiosity about where it helps.
- Analytical rigor: you understand pipeline math, read a campaign performance report, and tell signal from noise.
- Low ego, high accountability: you would rather learn what works than be right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and carry sourced and influenced pipeline targets for your vertical, driving your go-to-market pod across Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales.
- Own messaging, positioning, campaigns, and content for your vertical, end to end.
- Write and produce campaign assets, including ebooks, webinars, one-pagers, and landing pages, to the standard your market requires.
- Synthesize market trends, field intelligence, and performance data into messaging adjustments in real time.
- Design and run multi-touch, account-level campaigns in partnership with digital and the AI go-to-market engineer.
- Use AI to produce, test, and iterate on assets and campaigns at higher volume.
Key Collaborators:
- Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales in your go-to-market pod
- Digital Marketing
- AI go-to-market engineer
- Product Marketing
- Content and Creative
