The role
We're seeking a data-driven CRO Strategist to lead conversion rate optimization for our direct-to-consumer e-commerce clients. You'll own the strategy and execution of high-impact testing programs that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, while ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting
- Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities
- Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising (campaigns, landing pages) and websites (UX, checkout, conversion flows)
- Serve as strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies and communicating results clearly to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong testing pipeline that continuously answers the needs of clients and their customers
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience as a product manager, UI/UX designer or data analyst, preferably at a DTC brand or client facing agency
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify friction points, translate data into actionable insights, and make sound recommendations
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles that drive conversions
- Results-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to learn from failed tests
- An interest in - and ability to - hustle in a fast-paced environment. Someone who makes and meets commitments.
