Demand Generation Team
Our Demand Generation team drives qualified pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven marketing initiatives. We collaborate closely with Brand, Content, and RevOps to connect awareness to measurable revenue impact.
About the role:
As the Senior Manager, Paid Media, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid media programs across digital channels—paid search, paid social, display, and video. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative execution to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline acceleration. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys blending hands-on optimization with strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in paid or performance media.
Expertise across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, and social channels.
Proven ability to manage six- to seven-figure media budgets and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Deep experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Looker).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable strategy.
Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for efficiency, scale, and ROI.
Experience marketing within AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or other technology-driven industries.
Familiarity with developer, data science, or other technical B2B audiences.
Background in integrated campaign strategy balancing brand and demand objectives.
Experience in high-growth environments where experimentation, agility, and iteration are key.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
